En gammel bolig ble bygget om og utvidet med tilbygg som rommer hybel, hjemmekontor, stue, terrasse og garasje.
Det ble foretatt mindre endringer av gamle fasader.
Huset ligger i et boligområde med gamle, frittliggende toetasjes hus og har fin utsikt til Frognerparken.
Huset ble i 2004 presentert i Bo Bedre.
